MESSAGE FROM THE APOSTLE
Praise the Lord,
I pray you are experiencing the love, joy and peace of our Heavenly Father! I invite you, to join us for our 40-Day Surrender Fast during the 2022 Litergugal Lent Season beginning 6:00am on March 2nd through 12:00Noon April 17th. This time of consecration will help us embrace a surrendered lifestyle to the Holy Spirit. We will be using "The 40-Day Surrender Fast" book and journal by Celeste Owens, which is a daily read of scriptures and impartation. We will corporately gather each Wednesday of the month for an Empowerment Class via zoom (information below). This 40 days will be a time of empowerment as we evolve in our Kingdom Assignments.

We recommend you consider surrendering in your health, participate in some form of “Fasting From Food” 3 John 2 says “Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health even as thy soul prospers” Below are three options to chose from.
40-DAY
MODIFIED DANIEL FAST
- Recommend drinking plenty of water, Tea with lemon and raw honey(no sugar), 100% Juice permitted. .
- Healthy snacks permitted.
- Avoiding soda's, sweets, bread and dairy(may substitute with almond or oat milk)
- Avoid pork and beef.
- Avoid all fried foods, bread, and dairy.
6AM - 3Pm LIQUID FAST
- Water, Tea with lemon and raw honey(no sugar), 100% Juice permitted between the hours of 6am - 3pm.
- Regular diet after 3pm avoiding fried foods, sweets/sugar and fast food.
- Limited healthy snacks permitted after 3pm.
THE WEEKLY
GRADUAL FAST
- Weeks 1 and 2; Avoiding fried and fast food.
- Weeks 3 and 4; continuing weeks 1 and 2. In addition, avoiding sweets, bread and dairy(may substitute with almond or oat milk)
- Week 5 and 6; Continuing weeks 1 thru 4. In addition avoiding all meat and sodas.
