Bishop D. Dewayne Kemp, affectionately known as "Bishop D," is the Founder and Senior Leader of The Church of Greater Love, where he has faithfully served in pastoral ministry for over 18 years. With more than 25 years of experience in ministry, outreach, and community development, his passion remains loving people, developing leaders, and helping others discover their God-given purpose.
Bishop D is also the Founder and Visionary of the Fountain of Love Fellowship, where he serves General Overseer and Visionary. The fellowship was established to provide a safe and supportive place for spiritual leaders to connect, grow, and fulfill their Kingdom assignments.
A country boy at heart, Bishop D grew up in southern Georgia, where his humble beginnings shaped his love for God, family, and people. He is a proud father and grandfather who treasures his children, grandchildren, and godchildren.
Bishop D earned his undergraduate degree in Psychology from Colorado Christian University and is pursuing further studies in Christian Counseling. He also brings over 25 years of professional leadership and management experience. He remains under the apostolic covering of Bishop Alan G. Porter of Harambee Ministries Fellowship in Charlotte, North Carolina.
At the heart of Bishop D's ministry is his belief that church should be more than a Sunday experience. It should be a family where people are loved, lives are transformed, and everyone has an opportunity to grow and serve.
His desire is simple: to love God, love people, develop leaders, and faithfully fulfill the assignment God has placed in his hands.
